At Love & Light Events, we specialize in wedding day coordination with a focus on thoughtful details, organization, and seamless timelines. Our team is dedicated to being a calm, steady presence so couples can fully enjoy every meaningful moment of their celebration.
Our Process
1. Consultation
We start with a call where you share your vision, wedding details, and what support you’re looking for. This is a chance for us to connect, make sure we’re a good fit, and ensure day-of coordination is the right service for your needs.
2. Planning
About one month before your wedding, we’ll meet for your planning meeting(s). You’ll provide all vendor information and final details, and we’ll create a comprehensive wedding day timeline to keep everything organized and running smoothly.
3. Wedding Day
On your wedding day, we step in to manage the details and execute the plan. From coordinating vendors to keeping the timeline on track, we handle everything behind the scenes so you can relax and fully enjoy your day.
